P & H Realty, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Patricia and Lawrence DeAugustine started as resident managers of a 92 unit complex in 1985, to Management Supervisors of 436 units in 1986. This was the beginning of the desire to form their own management company, which they did in 1988.

P & H Realty, Inc. has experience managing all different size and types of investment properties. We manage everything from single family homes up to 360 unit complexes. We also have experience managing LIHTC and USDA Rural development 515 projects.

P & H Realty, Inc. has its own in-house maintenance staff to help you save money. Our staff has the knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and respond in a timely manner. We also use only experienced vendors who offer us very competitive rates.
P & H Realty, Inc. can do more than just collect the rent for you. We can help with property lease ups, oversee property rehabs, and consult with other owners and/or management companies. Need a thorough inspection done on your property? No Problem! Lawrence is certified in Home Inspections. He can provide a thorough evaluation of your property.
