Lawrence DeAugustine is the president and Designated Broker of P & H Realty, Inc. Lawrence has extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry with over 25 years of experience, primarily dealing with low income housing. He has been a Real Estate Broker for the past 13 years. He was awarded the Golden Rule Award from the State of Arizona in 2005. He also completed the first Crime Free Multi Housing course to be offered by the City of Phoenix Police Department. Lawrence has Certification for Home Inspections.
Bob Myers is our in house consultant who works in assisting Larry with our property owners to establish the needs and expectations of each individual owner. As a property owner himself he understands the importance of owner and management relationships.
Lucio Escobar has worked with us for over 3 years; he is our Marketing Supervisor and Graphics Designer, he is in charge of generating traffic flow by advertizing online and finding conventional and non conventional ways to increase occupancy. He is also C3P Certified to Manage LIHTC Properties and is very knowledgeable in LIHTC with over10 years experience in that field.
Patti DeAugustine is the Accounting Supervisor for all Accounting and Financial Reports for all managed properties. Patti is also the Office Manager who ensures that all daily office routines are executed smoothly.
Gloria Aparicio is Patti's assistant and she handles payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, all checking accounts, advertising and more. Gloria has been with P & H Realty, Inc. for over 14 years and speaks both fluent English and Spanish.
Dennis Huth is the Maintenance Supervisor, specializing in handling all the maintenance work orders and also overseeing all maintenance employees. Dennis makes sure that all work is done efficiently to please both our residents and our clients. Dennis has been in the Property Management field for over 25+ years 20 of these year working under P and H Realty, Inc. He has the knowledge and experience to find the problem fast and eliminate it.
Aida Rivas handles all the rental collections, tenant notices, leases and work orders for Spanish speaking residents. Aida speaks fluent Spanish and also handles incoming Spanish phone calls. Aida has been with P & H Realty, Inc. for over 5+ years.
