This letter is to share my good fortune.
I have been a successful residential property owner for several years. In my many experiences, I have found that the relationship an owner has with their Property Management Company is “price-less”. In 2003 P & H Realty, Inc was hired to manage my 32-unit property on Highland as well as some other smaller and single family dwellings that I hold in my Portfolio. Changing Management companies is a big decision and one that should not be taken lightly, however there is a difference between having management that works for you and management that does not work for you.
Beyond any element of doubt P & H Realty is a Property Management Company that works for me. In the 8 plus years they have been watching over my properties and I have never felt the need to change. I feel this is mostly due to the owners Larry and Patti DeAugustine and their team of professionals. The dedication they exhibit surpasses all the rest.
So in closing, having Larry and Patti DeAugustine on my team is truly, my good fortune.
